Würth Finance International B.V. is the in-house bank and Treasury Center of the Würth Group, a family-owned group with over EUR 20 billion in annual revenue and more than 400 companies worldwide. As Treasury Manager, you take on a coordinating, international role at the financial heart of the Group, based in ‘s-Hertogenbosch.

You become the trusted financial partner for the Würth Group Companies. Working with colleagues across the globe, you advise on liquidity management, foreign exchange, hedging strategies, intercompany financing and guarantee management. You combine strong relationship-building with broad treasury expertise, acting as both strategic advisor and hands-on treasury specialist.

• Build relationships that matter. Own daily treasury operations and serve as the trusted point of contact for international Group Companies, improving financial processes and ensuring compliance with the Group’s financial policies.

What you bring

• 3+ years of treasury experience, preferably in an international environment
• A degree in Finance (Bachelor or higher), with a focus on Business Administration or Banking & Finance
• Strong customer orientation and relationship management experience
• Excellent English and a willingness to improve your German; other languages are an advantage
• Proficiency in SAP, Bloomberg and 360T; experience with Kyriba is an advantage; Power BI and a good understanding of data are a plus
• Self-driven, curious and professionally present, with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, and a willingness to travel

• EUR 90,000 to 110,000 gross per year
• 32 to 40 hours per week (80 to 100%)
